Description
Bon Secours Short Pump Primary Care - West Broad St / Rt 250 WestOpen to Family Medicine or Adult Geriatric Certification
~ Practice is open to a newly graduated provider with a strong nursing background and focus on primary care training rotations
~ Experience in primary care practice is preferred
~ After hours Call is one week every 4th or 5th week - phone only, No pain management, Rx at provider discretion
~Family Practice - 10% Adolescent, 50% Adult, 40% Geriatric patient panel - Age 16 and up
~Clinical Supervisor, Patient Service Reps, Diabetes Educator on site
~ Lab and imaging in the building
~ EPIC EMR
~ E-visits / Telehealth through MyChart
~ Must be confident in managing chronic diseases, providing well visits and acute care.
~ Procedures - very little joint inj, I&D, some suturing - will provide training
~ Basic Women's Health as needed
~ We are looking for a team player who can communicate effectively and positively with the staff. Must be able to work with staff from the front to the back respectfully, and be willing to help out other providers with coverage on vacations.
