- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations and large-scale manufacturing projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and supply partners in both languages.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Familiarity with Chinese business culture preferred.
