    Oversees the entire process of goods and services, from the acquisition of raw materials to the distribution of finished products.

    Interacting with international team for manufacturingClient DetailsThe client is a well established custom contract manufacturer of packaging materials for customers within the beauty and personal care space.

    Some of their clients are the most well known names on the market.
    DescriptionManage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
    Identify and evaluate new manufacturing options to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    Lead negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
    Oversee large multiple factory sales opportunities, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    Analyze manufacturing and order processing details to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

    Travel to China periodically to meet with staff and supply partners, as well as potentially to other countries where manufacturing is needed.

    Profile


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or related roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations and large-scale manufacturing projects.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and supply partners in both languages.
    • Experience in project management and team leadership.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
    • Familiarity with Chinese business culture preferred.
