    Essential Job Functions:
    Represent the Acree way- Positive, Passionate, and Professional
    Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
    Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
    Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
    Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
    Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done.
    Learn product features and benefits.
    Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
    Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency.


    Qualifications:
    Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC.
    Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
    Eager and enthusiastic about SALES and selling home services.
    Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.
    Take great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
    Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.).
    MUST have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    Undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.


    Experience/ Education:
    5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair
    High School Diploma or equivalent required


    Compensation:
    $180,000 – $260,000 annually (Performance Based)
