    CategoryFinance and AccountingJob LocationChambersburg, PennsylvaniaTracking CodeFIST Position TypeFull-Time/RegularCALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide financial program support for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Working Capital Fund.


    This support includes, but is not limited to:
    providing financial planning and execution support for enterprise service programs supporting DISA's DWCF.

    Applying knowledge of DWCF principles to ensure budget and execution methodologies are developed and maintained IAW DWCF policies and procedures.

    Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with technical and financial managers while coordinating, processing, and updating budgeting and execution actions IAW DISA DWCF policies and procedures.


    This position can be performed in a remote work setting, but candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius to attend customer meetings on a as needed basis.

    Provide cost, workload/revenue and unit cost analysis for budget/End of Year projections and coordinates meetings with program offices to review financial questions
    Price Bill of Materials for any capacity or program enhancement for program needs.
    Research labor and non-labor execution issues for programs and ensure correction is completed with all cost containers.
    Establish business adjustments for accruals
    Prepare cost transfers for programming resource pools
    Provide spend plan support for DWCF programs
    Perform Execution Analysis to include input for year-end projections
    Utilize DISA financial tools to monitor execution, invoicing, history and abnormal trends for accruals and execution
    Provide customer briefings and training sessions related to Computing Service offerings, rates and tools.
    Resolve and provide feedback on any invoicing issues or MIPR status reports.
    Required Skills

    US Citizenship required.
    Must be eligible to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
    Working knowledge of the principles of DWCF business principles.
    Strong verbal, and written communication skills.
    Proficient skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
    Required Experience

    Bachelor's degree in related field.
    Minimum 3 years' related experience (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted).
