    Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team to assist with onboarding of new clients.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Setup of new clients in payroll, human resources, within isolved platform
    • Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live
    • Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams
    • Perform new client training
    • Communicate with clients on a regular basis to answer questions related to use of web-based payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems
    • Work hours are in Pacific Time Zone

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Knowledge and experience in Payroll required
    • Knowledge of payroll taxes, both at the Federal and State level
    • Knowledge in customer service for mid to large size companies
    • Strong phone communication skills
    • Experience with web-based customer service tools/systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong verbal and written skills
    • Strong math and analytical skills
    • isolved payroll platform beneficial
    • Payroll service bureau experience beneficial
    • Ability to work pacific time zone hours
