Medustrial Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at our facility in North Charleston, SC. We currently have openings for 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts, offering flexibility with schedules, pending supervisor approval. Must do an hour orientation with facility.

Job Summary: We are in search of dedicated and compassionate LPNs to contribute to our team at the Long-Term Care Facility. LPNs play a vital role in delivering top-notch healthcare services to our residents. Their commitment ensures the well-being of residents and upholds a high standard of patient care.

Responsibilities:Patient Care:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.
• Document all nursing care activities and observations in a timely and thorough manner.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care.

Assessment and Planning:

• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Identify and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other nursing staff, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide guidance and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

The qualified candidate must provide the following credentials:

• South Carolina Nursing License.
• Valid 2-Step PPD or TB Blood Test.
• Valid CPR Certificate, First Aid, and BLS.
• Must be COVID vaccinated or exempt.
• Must complete background check and drug test.

• Salary: $32.00-or 37.00 if you travel more then 50 miles for this facility.
