Job summary
This is a Client Services Representative position at the Richmond SPCA's Susan M. Markel Veterinary Hospital.The representative will foster meaningful relationships with community members and pets in need by communicating directly with clients to gather records, schedule appointments, welcome pets and their people to the hospital, and handle payment for low-cost services.
The representative will also participate in all required trainings and meetings,
and perform other related duties as assigned.
