    Research:

We will foster programs in the areas of basic, translational, mechanistic, and population research.

    Position Summary

    Clinical Assistant Professor, 12-month, fixed term faculty appointment in the Division of Physical Therapy, Department of Health Sciences. The Division of Physical Therapy invites applications for a full-time 12-month, renewable appointment.


    The faculty member will practice as a physical therapist in our University Physical Therapy (UPT) outpatient faculty practice managing patients with neuromuscular and vestibular disorders in a productive and efficient manner in outpatient setting.

    This position will also serve as a clinical instructor/preceptor for DPT students and residents within the neurologic residency program. The position is 100% service within the clinical setting including direct patient care and clinical teaching.

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

    Doctorate level education in relevant field of study to position.

    Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

    Completion of a physical therapy residency or ABPTS certification or plans to complete in near future are preferred. Experience as a clinical preceptor is preferred.
