    Coverage: 9 Day Physicians & 1 Night Physician
    Physician Scheduling: 7a-7p (Day), 7p-7a (Night)
    APC Scheduling: 3p 3a & 8p 8a
    7on/7off

    ICU Beds:
    Closed, Intensivists

    Director Opportunity Specifics and Qualifications:
    Demonstrated leadership skills and significant involvement in hospital initiatives.
    Prior leadership experience required.
    Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

    Proven ability to lead a team to consistently meet and exceed quality metrics, with leadership compensation tied to these milestones.

    Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday.
    Active participation in all administrative meetings into quality initiatives and MEC meetings expected.
    Outstanding communication skills are essential for collaboration with the team, operations, and hospital leadership.
