    Job Title: Commercial Agreements Compliance Specialist

    Location: Chicago, IL (onsite in a hybrid model)

    Duration: 5 months contract


    Job Description:

    • The ideal candidate will work with the Cloud Compliance team to support the migration of Cloud contracting activities from their current contract repository to a new contract lifecycle management system. They will oversee deliverables of vendors responsible for reviewing and extracting commitments from contracts.
    • They will also support the broader team that oversees the successful and compliant execution of Cloud Commercial Agreements worldwide, including the close management of access, approvals, and signature processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • The ideal candidate will provide guidance to vendors on day-to-day contract related operations, including agreement reviews, clause extraction, and policy queries. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is passionate about risk management within scaled operations, and can focus on complex areas and the details that underpin them.
    • Oversee the quality and completion of vendor team deliverables.
    • Support actioning, reporting on, and any course corrections for multiple product and channel project workstreams.
    • Respond to inbound questions about sales policies and processes from Cloud Sellers.

    Experience (Mandatory):

    • Work experience in cloud selling/technology/enterprise domain organizations.
    • Experience managing vendors.
    • Salesforce experience.
    • Experience in sales operations and project management.
    • Experience with compliance operations.
    • Strong experience in working with sellers for contracting operations.
    • Experience with sales policies.

    Experience (Desired):

    • Experience of working with commercial sales agreements, including interpretation of contractual terms, and internal governance and approval procedures.
    • 3 years of experience managing vendors on scaled operations.
    • 5-year experience with contract review / sales operations / systems support.
    • 1 year of project management experience with system migrations.
