    Description

    As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will oversee the preparation, review, and approval of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Your role focuses on maintaining compliance and facilitating efficient asset approval processes.

    • Type: Contract, 6 months+
    • Hours per week: 40 hours
    • Location: North Chicago, IL - 100% onsite

    Day in the Life:

    • Prepare and route marketing materials for approval in the content management system.
    • Review and approve product labeling documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and regulatory teams.
    • Facilitate consensus and gain alignment on marketing assets.
    • Manage cross-functional collaboration via email and content management systems.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare or life science industry.
    • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
    • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare/FDA.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
