    Summary:
    This role combines negotiation skills, coalition-building prowess, financial acumen, project management and strategic thinking skills. This role presents a unique intersection of high-level strategy and granular project management focus.

    Entrusted with oversight of a portfolio of revenue generation, capability enhancement, and business continuity initiatives, the ideal candidate will work alongside business owners, functional leaders, and supplemental project management consultants to ensure that the portfolio of THX projects has the optimized mix of projects to deliver THX strategic and financial plan goals while also ensuring that individual projects are abiding by a best practice project management approach and process.

    They will fine-tune project scopes, shape multifaceted strategies, and lead initiatives, all underpinned by nuanced financial modeling.

    Additionally, this role will provide stewardship over the capital administration process and offer oversight on operational expenditure (OPEX) investments for the division.


    Major Duties/Responsibilities:

    Capital Administration & OPEX Oversight:


    Oversee the entire THX capital administration process, ensuring that capital expenditures (CAPEX) align with strategic objectives and offer tangible ROI.

    Provide meticulous oversight of OPEX investments, ensuring they drive value and are aligned with THX strategic goals.
    Coordinate closely with the finance team to maintain accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of both CAPEX and OPEX.

    Scope Definition and Strategic Insight:
    Collaborate intimately with stakeholders to refine project scope, ensuring alignment with overarching business imperatives.
    Extract actionable insights from diverse datasets, leveraging them to shape and hone compelling strategic options.


    Financial Acumen and Modelling:
    Design robust financial models for every strategic angle, granting clear insight into potential financial outcomes.
    Ensure financial expertise is at the heart of strategy discussions, emphasizing sound financial foresight and potential returns.


    Granular Project Oversight:
    Guide projects from conceptual stages to detailed execution, blending strategic vision with operational pragmatism.
    Guarantee timely, on-budget project delivery, retaining the flexibility to adapt to unforeseen challenges.


    Stakeholder and Coalition Management:
    Stand at the intersection of stakeholder communication, facilitating understanding and forging coalitions to promote project success
    Deepen relationships with business heads, functional leads, external associates, and project consultants.


    KPIs, Analytics, and Reporting:
    Monitor project KPIs diligently, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    Offer transparent and insightful updates to top-tier leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement with equal clarity.

    Capability Enhancement and Technological Insight:
    Champion technological innovation, continuously identifying, assessing, and adopting new tools and practices.
    Lead training initiatives, ensuring the team remains primed to exploit the latest tools to their fullest potential.


    Risk Management and Compliance:
    Proactively identify potential risks across initiatives and design robust countermeasures.
    Stay abreast of industry standards and regulations, ensuring our division operates within legal and best-practice frameworks.

    Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

    10+ years of project management experience, especially within retail or similar sectors.
    Established record of leading complex projects to successful and timely conclusions.
    Expertise in key project management tools and methodologies.
    Proven skills in financial modeling, particularly in the context of CAPEX and OPEX analysis.
    Exceptional negotiation and coalition-building prowess.
    PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certifications.
    Capacity to balance macro-level strategy with micro-level execution.
    Stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

    Education:
    B.S. degree in Business or Related Field

    Experience:
    Minimum 10+ years business experience.
