    Your Team

    The Land Analyst is responsible for market research, financial modeling, data analysis and strategic communications pertaining to the Denver Land and Housing business group.

    This role is expected to complete and report on specialized projects as well as operate in a team environment.

    Team operations typically include valuation and acquisition due diligence proformas, project cash flow and variance reporting, market reviews/studies, as well as researching new acquisition and market opportunities.

    Your Key Deliverables
    Day-to-day coordination between the land & housing group (Land and Development) and accounting and finance related to new project acquisitions and existing project financial metrics as needed
    Support the cash forecasting process for all new acquisitions and existing projects and preparing and reviewing information for the annual budgeting process on a monthly basis
    Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Land & Housing, the Land Analyst will be responsible for new deal initial underwriting

    Work closely with Director of Marketing to establish, and provide data and analytical services to the Denver Land & Housing Groups with the primary objective of aiding business decisions for acquisitions & dispositions.


    Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
    Must Haves
    College degree with 5+ years of experience in real estate (specifically acquisitions) development, and land/market analysis
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Knowledge of syndicated research platforms, Census Data, GIS and understanding of customer demographics
    Advanced Excel and database skills including, but not limited to: Vlookups, logical tests and algorithms, pivot tables, conditional formatting and the ability to convey data by using graphs
    Excellent consensus and relationship building skills.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, which foster openness and active listening.
    Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
    Nice to Haves
    Understanding of the entitlement and land development process is highly preferred, but not required.

    $80,000-$101,500

    Annual Bonus Target (Discretionary): 20%
