- Maintain and update program capacity trackers for field staff to ensure balanced caseload distribution.
- Assign patients to appropriate field staff based on program guidelines and current staffing capacity.
- Review patient records for discharge readiness; complete and document patient discharges per process.
- Extract and enter data into spreadsheets and presentation decks to support program reporting (no analysis required).
- Create and update presentations in PowerPoint for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Manage program documentation, trackers, and shared folders for accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate scheduling, reminders, and communications via Outlook to keep teams aligned.
- Provide general administrative support to clinical and operations leaders as needed.
- 2+ years of administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
- Excel (data entry, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
- PowerPoint (building clean, professional decks with charts and visuals).
- Outlook (managing calendars, scheduling, and email communication).
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
