- Senior-level
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI for web software
- Background in HCI or communication design preferred
- Execute end-to-end design features including concepts, interaction design, visual design, design prototypes, and design delivery for engineering
- Participate in design critiques and to receive and provide constructive feedback
- Participate and assist with evaluate research and user testing
- High proficiency in Figma with ability to use and contribute to component libraries and design systems
- Knowledge of design accessibility guidelines
- Collaborate with product manager to understand requirements for digital products
- Collaborate with front-end engineering to design around technical constraints
- Manage several design projects in a collaborative environment
- Experience with data visualization design
