    Montcalm Golf Club is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager.

    Having been named one of Golf Digest's Top 5 New England courses in the last three years, the course continues to get rave reviews from members and guests who enjoy this breathtaking golf course.

    Montcalm is seeking an individual who is passionate about providing customer service that matches the exquisite course. This person is responsible for the overall management of the kitchen and staff. This person will be hands-on to assist in the guests' service. They will also help with large-scale events that are held throughout the year.
    Montcalm is open yearly from April to October.

    However, we are seeking a candidate who can fill the role year-round, as other duties will be handled when the club is closed.

    Responsibilities:
    Assist in helping to develop budgets for all food costs (potential bonus based on food cost performance)

    Managing staff:
    Hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring kitchen staff

    Ensuring compliance:
    Ensuring production and cleanup processes run smoothly and comply with health and safety regulations

    Managing inventory:
    Maintaining kitchen inventory and supplies, ordering food, and ordering supplies

    Managing operations:
    Coordinating food orders, supervising, assisting with food prep when necessary, cooking
    Managing and creating food menus for daily guests as well as special events.
    Quality control of all items leaving the kitchen
    Working with management to ensure proper cost control
    Input on outside event contractual agreements
    Work events during the season (including setting up for the event and dismantling)
    Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
    Provides excellent customer service to all guests and members
    Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns
    Understand the brand's service culture
    Additional duties as required


    Requirements:
    Experience in food and beverage-related fields is a must
    Must be a team player
    Excellent customer service skills
    Must have basic computer skills
    Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
