    Job Summary


    Starting Salary:
    $15.00/hr

    The Due Process Co-op provides miscellaneous clerical and administrative support to teams, committees, or work groups, as needed.

    Essential Functions

    Produce routine documents and reports as needed.
    Proofread materials for inaccuracies and errors. Makes corrections or returns to appropriate person to make corrections.
    Maintain email and other communication with OCHN provider network as directed.
    File materials according to subject matter, alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically.
    Make copies of departmental files, records, and correspondence.
    Answer routine inquiries by phone or in person. Directs callers and visitors to the proper party or department. Relays messages, as necessary.
    Releases departmental information according to standardized departmental procedures. Refers unusual requests to supervisor.
    May be responsible for meeting coordination and set up.
    Actual job functions will vary based on team assignment.


    For Office of Due Process:
    Assist in planning and facilitation of team meetings.
    Assist in review and development of policy monitoring tools and practices.
    Track and report on completion of due process notice audits.
    Design and maintenance of team electronic file structure.
    Creating, entering data with Smartsheets.
    Scanning Appeal related documents.
    Processing Subpoena & FOIA.
    Creating PowerPoint Trainings.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements and Qualifications


    Education:
    Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate.

    Current enrollment in an accredited college/university bachelor's or master's degree program, pursuing a degree in health education, training and development, workforce development, social work, public health, or closely related field.

    Experience Requirements:
    One year's experience in office, administration, or customer service; preferred.

    Job Specific Competencies/Skills:
    Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    Proficiency with quickly learning and working within new software systems such as Learning Management Systems (example: Docebo).
    Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
    Highly effective interpersonal communications skills.
    Ability to maintain tact and discretion during interactions with management, staff, and community members.

    Additional Information

    (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.):

    Must have available means of transportation to and from OCHN and for required offsite meetings or site visits.
    Must be available for trainings, meetings, and events which may occur outside of standard office hours.
    Work performed primarily in an office environment.
    Hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule available.
