    Join Walmart Advanced Systems & Robotics as a Quality Engineer

    At Walmart Advanced Systems & Robotics, our mission is to transform the retail industry through cutting-edge robotics technology. Currently, we are working on implementing Alphabot technology in stores across North America.

    We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team and support our Quality Management System. In this role, you will collaborate with quality leaders to develop and maintain formal policies and procedures. You will work closely with Supplier Quality and Field Quality groups to execute their strategies and contribute to building a strong QMS culture.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Collaborating with internal quality team leads to create high-quality QMS procedures and work instructions.
    • Managing Nonconformity and Corrective Action systems.
    • Working across functions to update and release QMS documents.
    • Producing visual aids for complex procedures.
    • Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance.
    • Developing training materials and ensuring QMS education.

    WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

    • 5+ years of professional QMS writing experience.
    • Knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).
    • Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
    • Experience in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with Quality Management System software.
