    Description


    As part of a team, help support all internal computer-related hardware, software, and networking for a single site as well as a sizable remote workforce.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities
    End-user support for both hardware and software. Hardware includes the installation and maintenance of computer equipment. Software includes installation and support of PC operating systems and applications.
    Computer operations, including data backup and restoration, etc.

    Systems administration, including moves, adds and changes to domain users, monitoring of server systems utilization, management of disk storage, application installations, etc.

    Network administration, includes all network hardware.
    Helpdesk Ticketing – Part of triage effort for ticket resolution
    Implementation and administration of enterprise level applications and related database administration – Helping define parameters needed for new ERP system, automating manual processes, systems integration, etc
    Other duties as assigned.
    Education and Experience

    Education:
    BS in Information Systems related degree, certifications in related fields and/or equivalent experience.

    Experience:
    A minimum of 5 years experience in computer support and administration fields. Experience working with databases and related administrative tasks.

    Abilities:
    Significant technical-related troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

    Basic Qualifications
