- The Quality Assurance Worker will inform the supervisor of quality issues and concerns.
- The Quality Assurance Worker will be responsible for checking, monitoring, and confirming the accuracy and quality of the order fulfillment process as completed on the pick module.
- Ensure excellent quality of work for the WellStar CSC.
- Ability to follow instructions.

- Understand verbal and written production orders to perform tasks.
- Be able to read smaller print, entirely in English, identifying numbers, letters, and special characters.

- Utilize laptop/desktop device for logging, WMS navigation, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Be able to utilize tethered scanner, perform manual counts and log discrepancies.
- High school diploma, GED or other related experience.
- Minimum one year's experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

- Must pass drug screen and background check.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

- Must be able to bend, sit, stand, reach, and walk for extended periods of time.

- Have a full range of motion in upper and lower body.
- Be able to reach overhead.
- Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
- Good hand dexterity.
- Warehouse environment with average amount of visual effort.
- Follows all prescribed safety regulations to diminish accidents.
- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
- Knowledge of evacuation procedures and the whereabouts of exits and fire extinguishers.
- Immediately report circumstances you consider may present a hazard to yourself and others.
- Report any accident whether minor or major.

Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
The Quality Assurance Worker will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of the order fulfillment process as completed by the Distribution Specialist. This will include logging, tracking, building, picking, and confirming orders and information. The Quality Assurance Worker may also conduct general warehouse work to include induction, staging and order fulfillment. The Quality Assurance Worker must perform work independently in a production environment, making sure areas are clean and safe.
