Director of Clinical Services – Lead with Heart, Inspire Change

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of clinical staff, including BCBAs and supervisors-in-training.
- Provide BCBA supervision, case consultation, and support program development.
- Ensure high-quality, individualized ABA services for every client with minimal cancellations.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth, streamline operations, and meet key metrics.
- Foster a supportive, positive culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
- Uphold compliance, HIPAA standards, and ethical practices, serving as a model for your team.
Who We're Excited to Meet
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Bachelor's required)
- 5+ years of clinical experience, delivering ABA services to diverse clients
- 2+ years of supervision experience, including staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for building a team culture where people feel supported, inspired, and at home
- Experience with business management or P&L oversight is a plus
- Bilingual skills (if required)
