This position will be based at the HOPE Treatment & Counseling Center located in Orchard Park, NY Hope Treatment & Counseling Center is a joint venture between Endeavor Health and Inspired Health Group, a primary medical practice.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), Monday

• Friday with 2 evenings a week required (until 7pm).

The ideal candidate will:

manage a caseload, with individual, family and group counselingresponsible for treatment planning and session notesmeet productivity standardswork as part of an integrated teammanage and run groups QualificationsMust possess a Master's Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred, but not requireDemonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisementWe offer competitive salaries and an array of employee benefits, including medical, dental, company paid vision, company paid life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability, voluntary life, AD&D, and Short Term Disability, 401 (K) retirement savings plan with company contribution, 10 paid holiday, generous paid vacation, paid sick time, and an Employee Assistance Program.
