    Position Title: Sr. Program Manager/Team Lead

    Location: Phoenix, AZ

    Term: Contract to Hire

    Compensation: Negotiable W2 hourly rate, plus Benefits

    Responsibilities:

    IT Project Mgt Experience:

    • Creating project documentation.
    • MS Project experience
    • Creating detailed work breakdown structures and schedules for IT projects
    • Working on large projects
    • Working on multiple projects at the same time
    • Providing Cross-Functional Team Leadership
    • Preference for a PMP or the experience and willingness to get a PMP certification.
    • Experience writing project management policies and documents.
    • Experience with or understanding of hybrid Agile/Waterfall project mgt. methodology.

    Experience with system analyst tasks such as:

    • Experience with and understanding of technical specifications.
    • Understanding how the technical specifications are reflected in the application.
    • Experience with entity relationship diagrams
    • Creating requirements documents
    • Creating dataflow diagrams
    • Creating test scripts
    • Managing testing activities
    • Tracking system issues and fixes
    • Experience with and understanding of multiple system environments i.e., development, test, stage and production.
    • Writing application handbooks
    • Conducting training

    Proposal writing

    • Experience determining compliance requirements within an RFP.
    • Experience managing proposal writing schedules and assignments.
    • Experience writing compelling responses that engage the reader and sell solutions.

    Experience with IT security compliance

    • Including SOC 2 or NIST would be helpful.
    • Understanding controls and the evidence to support them.
    • Experience writing policies.

    Proficient in:

    • Word including some desktop publishing.
    • Excel
    • Visio
    • MS Project
    • to have experience with Snagit.

    Communication skills

    • Able to communicate effectively with EDS/AADA staff, state personnel, title clerks, association executives and staff.
    • Able to discuss/explain technical things with nontechnical and technical staff/customers.
