    Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology


    Job Details:

    • Work day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
    • Call rotation every fourth week beginning Monday afternoon and ending the following Monday morning at 6:00 AM
    • Minimum 1 year of experience required
    • BLS certification and Kentucky license required
    • ARRT (R), ARRT (N), and NMTCB certifications required
    • Work with GE, Phillips, and Siemens equipment
    • Perform various nuclear medicine procedures including abdominal, ventricular, whole body, bone, brain, liver, and renal scans
    • Conduct cardiac procedures including sestamibi parathyroid scans, adenosine infusion, exercise/rest studies, and pharmacological stress tests
    • Start and maintain IVs, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and work with PACS systems
    • Work with patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
    • Provide services for inpatient, outpatient, ED, ICU, CCU, and NICU areas
    • Must be located more than 75 miles from facility to be eligible as traveler
    • Facility has strict DO NOT call policy

    This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive 300+ bed hospital providing advanced nuclear medicine services across multiple departments. The facility serves inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, intensive care, cardiac care, and neonatal intensive care units.

    The organization maintains modern nuclear medicine equipment and technology to support a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures and patient care needs.
