    The traveling superintendent will be responsible for on site managing of the construction project. A highly reputable general contractor that focuses on the development of its employees, career growth, leadership opportunities.

    This general contractor has a strong pipeline of work with very reputable clients across multiple markets including TX, OK, AR, KS and surrounding states.

    This construction firm specializes in ground up restaurants, retail and QSR projects.
    Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
    Run/manage project from start to finish
    Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
    Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.

    Establish and maintain an effective and professional onsite working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.

    Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

    Construction Superintendent must have the following:

    GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    Commercial Construction experience- Restaurants, retail and QSR
    Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
    Ability to oversee multiple projects up to $5M in value
    Strong track record of overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish
    Ability to travel to to TX, AR, KS, OK
