An industry leader in Sanford is hiring a Refrigeration Maintenance Tech Direct hire position w/ full benefits, at least 1 year refrigeration experience or diploma in industrial refrigeration required, great long term opportunity.

Pay - Up to $35 p/hr to start based on exp/skill set Shift - 6a-6p or 6p-6a 2-2-3 available If interested please apply and answer the prescreen questionssalary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 6 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on Ammonia Refrigeration equipment to increase overall effectiveness Complete required documentation and logs regarding equipment operation, run hours, temperatures and pressures associated with Compressors (Ammonia and Air)

Service, repair and rebuild valves and pumps Monitor and document production room temperatures Monitor department emails and notify those on shift of active alarms or faults Participate and engage in Process Safety Management Program Assist in performing major and minor repairs on Utility Equipment (Ammonia Refrigeration, HVAC, Air Compressors, Fire Retention Systems and Cooling Towers)The essential functions of this role include:
