    Judson Group has been retained by a growing financial management firm to add a

    Financial Planner

    to their team. This individual will be supporting the firm's senior team members with financial planning responsibilities.

    The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex client transactions, implementing investment and financial planning recommendations, and participating in or conducting client meetings.

    The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and solid financial planning and investment acumen. This individual will provide superior client service to the firm's current client base.

    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for various client planning needs including investments, estate planning, insurance, and tax planning.
    Responsible for centralized financial planning efforts in support of the firm's Financial Advisors. No business development requirements.
    Responsible for attending client meetings and working collaboratively with Senior Advisors to support client relationships.
    Complete financial plans making high quality financial recommendations to clients.
    Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
    Gather client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and enter data into financial planning software.

    Requirements:
    CFP required; Series 7 License required.
    10+ years of experience with a financial planning firm, family office, or RIA.
    Experience working with UHNW/HNW clients highly preferred.
    Experience working with eMoney software.
    Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
