    Salary Range

    Crisis Response Rates:

    1. Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:
    • $300 per completed telehealth assessment
    • $500 per completed face to face assessment

    Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate: $4.25/hour Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate: $5.10/hour Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $35/hour Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

    Position Summary

    This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.

    Location

    In-home/hybrid for East Central Crisis Services, serving Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and members of the Mille Lacs of Ojibwe.

    Schedule

    On-call four 15-hour shifts monthly.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Clinician

    • Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
    • Currently possess a Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT)
    • Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.

    Clinical Trainee

    • Possess a master's degree or higher in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy AND Currently possess or pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) with focus in clinical practice.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
    • Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
