    Project Executive - Data Center


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center / Mission Critical Construction Project Executive to lead and oversee our clients organization's critical infrastructure projects.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center construction, project management, and mission-critical facility requirements.

    This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex data center projects, meeting stringent performance, reliability, and sustainability standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic plans for data center construction projects, aligning with organizational goals and client requirements.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


    Project Management:
    Lead the end-to-end project management process, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
    Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.


    Technical Expertise:
    Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data center construction principles, including power and cooling systems, electrical distribution, and mechanical infrastructure.
    Work closely with engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.


    Client Collaboration:


    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns or changes in project requirements.

    Foster positive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


    Team Leadership:
    Build and lead a high-performing project team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
    Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the project team.


    Quality Assurance:
    Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of construction and facility performance.
    Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications.


    Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all construction activities adhere to legal and safety requirements.
    Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience in managing large-scale data center construction projects.
    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    In-depth knowledge of mission-critical facility requirements, including power, cooling, and redundancy.
    Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards and ASHRAE guidelines.
    PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
