- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.

Description
Regional Manager, Channel Sales - Southeast Region
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in the Southeast Region. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategy, drive customer satisfaction, and mentor team members to achieve incremental sales revenue and profitable market share growth for our strategic dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
The Regional Manager will develop and maintain market analysis, communicating market conditions, trends, and the competitive environment to leadership. Influence sales strategies to achieve annual sales, market share, and profitability goals.
Key Partnerships
Support business development efforts in the field by finding and cultivating relationships to influence key and critical ownership and management decision makers in the market's dealer channel network.
Training and Communication
In partnership with the sales operations team, identify, develop, and lead key training opportunities both for internal and external partners on a local/regional/national level to develop quality relationships and to create brand awareness and loyalty. Plan and host factory tours with targeted channel partners and influencers.
