Job summary
This role reports to the Content Foundation Transformation Lead and collaborates closely with the team Product Management Technology Brand Legal Risk and cross-LOB stakeholders. As an AI Foundation Transformation Specialist on the Marketing Transformation team you should be a hands-on AI-savvy transformation specialist to help build and scale AI-driven foundational content capabilities and a centralized Digital Asset Management DAM ecosystem for JPMC Marketing.The job responsibilities include partnering with the Foundational Content Transformation Lead converting vision into quarterly roadmaps OKRs and phased delivery plans driving execution across multiple workstreams owning end-to-end delivery for assigned capabilities defining AI enablement needs establishing data foundations driving change management measuring and reporting value realization collaborating deeply with Product and Technology executing pilots managing readiness checklists migration plans incident triage creating compelling communications proactively identifying risks dependencies blockers driving resolution escalating as needed.
