Job Description

Responsible for intent to assist the organization to plan, assist, lead and monitor projects to maximize efficiencies, improve on-time-delivery, and production effectiveness

Summary of essential job functions:

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksStructure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for various projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including software support teams Lead the team in delivering projects on timeAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planRequired skills and qualificationsFour or more years of project management experienceExperience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usabilityStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsPreferred skills and qualificationsProfessional certification such as a PMPExperience in developing platforms for internal processesExperience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill setsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
