Senior Executive Officer, Infrastructure Services
We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer, Infrastructure Services to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The incumbent will design and implement information storage solutions based on business requirements. Conduct regular maintenance activities; upgrade software, apply patches and ensure physical security of data. Evaluate input and output for systems and recommend improvements. Design disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures. However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. What You'll Do

Plan, deploy, maintain, and manage data storage and maintenance solutions in 24X7X365 environment

Upgrade software, apply patches, and ensure physical security of data

Evaluate input and output for systems, as well as overall architecture, to recommend improvements

Design disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures

Ensure strict privacy regulations and ensure data storage is accessible to authorized personnel only

Documenting all aspects of Storage infrastructure and maintain knowledgebase and SOPs from which to address various issues/projects and requests

Assist with maintenance tasks and backup activities to protect data integrity from corrupted information and data theft

Integrate storage metrics with new technologies to increase efficiency and are responsible for the daily administration of storage facilities

Serve as a resource to other IT teams regarding network issues or impact of other systems changes on the network

Attend IT audits, provide explanations, and propose corrective/preventive actions to auditors

Who You Are

Requires a degree in Computer Science

Requires a minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering or storage capacity management

Be detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge in facilitating and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of data storage systems

A team player with the ability to work effectively across teams within and outside Group IT including multiple third-party vendors

Experience in performing technical support at an enterprise level and across organization levels

Demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures and accurately track and record issues and resolutions
