- 3 years - Experience in Human Resources required.
- Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment. (Preferred)
- Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
- Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends.
- Providing recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Managing internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected.
- Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
- Must be detail oriented, deal well with ambiguity, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creativity skills, be an effective communicator with both internal and external partners/customers.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
