    As our company expands operations and invests in building a consumer brand, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as aMarketing Project Manager.

    The primary responsibility of the Marketing Project Manager is to ensure the execution of the team's marketing plan. To do this, the MPM will be in charge of task delegation, team follow through/ follow up, adherence to timelines and budgets. This individual will play a key role in organization and coordination of the team and will provide daily updates to the CMO.

    To be successful as a Marketing Project Manager, you should have strong leadership and detail-oriented planning and organizational skills. Ultimately, this person must be a strong communicator, able to hold people accountable to their responsibilities – even when these are peers or superiors.

    This is a hybrid opportunity that will require 3 days in office at our West Palm Beach location.

    Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Translate the marketing strategies into a concrete action plan (in partnership with the CMO).Plan to include activities with tasks, timelines, budgets, and owners. This also includes working with each of the marketing leads to translate their strategic marketing strategy into an actionable project (mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy, etc.)
    • Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that team members adhere to them.
    • Manage the execution of overall marketing plan from beginning to end through project management tool Asana. This will include making sure all projects are updated daily, identifying dependencies, and solving blockers, ultimately improving the effectiveness of the overall marketing organization.
    • Coordinate reporting of progress against plan objectives and ensure management is satisfied with the marketing campaigns performance.
    • Partnering with the Content Manager to develop the content calendar with tasks, deadlines and dependencies. Manage the calendar.
    • Partnering with the Creative Team to manage the creative requests with tasks, deadlines and assignments to various team members.
    • Organizing protocols and systems for the team to manage vast quantity of marketing assets.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.

    Marketing Project Manager Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but we also value on-the-job experience.
    • At least 1-2 years of Project Management / Account Management experience, ideally for a marketing or product development team – does not need to be industry adjacent
    • Highly experienced with project management software tool Asana
    • Strong understanding of project management theory and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
    • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Willing to have difficult conversations when necessary.
    • Resourceful, proactive and action-oriented work style.
