Job description
This position is part-time, hourly, and located at our studio in Andover, MA. This is not a remote or hybrid position. Hours are 9am-1pm ET, with the possibility of occasional earlier or later hours as needed. Pay is commensurate with experience, with an expected pay of $20 per hour. Benefits available to part-time employees include an employee discount, paid vacation, and a retirement plan with matching.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send domestic and international shipments for online orders.
- Prepare and send domestic and international shipments for other items as needed.
- Manage shipping supply inventory, including unpacking and organizing supplies
- Some lifting required
- Pre-assemble shipping materials as needed
- Communicate with virtual and on-site team members
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to adhere to schedules and meet deadlines as directed
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Serious about work quality, but otherwise relaxed and easy-going (we like to have fun here)
- The ability to receive direct feedback in a positive manner
- A positive attitude and self-starter with the ability to perform with little direct supervision
- Knowledge of Gmail, Slack, Adobe, Shopify, and Monday is a plus
