As a senior tax associate, you will work directly with the tax team and wealth management teams to deliver personal, Fiduciary, S-Corporation, partnership, private foundation and gift tax returns.
The successful senior tax associate will be a tax enthusiast, thoughtful listener, have a strong team mentality, and be driven to grow professionally and personally.
Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention; support clients as it relates to planning, projects and compliance requirementsPrepare tax returns, quarterly and annual income tax projections, estimated tax vouchers, extension forms and all related work papers and financial statementsMaintain client paper files and electronic data files in a timely manner; compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, invoicing, annuity fees, commission fees and collection consulting feesReview activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements of financial resultsAttend and participate in learning opportunities through client meetings, associate meetings and internal resources made available through compliance, practice management, etc.

The base pay for this position across all US geographic markets ranges from $58,500.00/year to $108,000.00/year.
Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
