    Executive Driver and Security Officer

    The Executive Driver and Security Officer is responsible for providing a safe and worry-free travel experience to our CEO, and when applicable at the direction of the CEO, Directors, Executive Team Members, and Clients, as well as handle deliveries in a timely manner. In addition, this position is responsible for providing security protection and general office security and investigation services as needed.Responsibilities:
    • Practice safe driving techniques
    • Drive different types of vehicles, including sedans, vans and SUVs
    • Complete trip information via GPS or Smartphone
    • Maintain clean vehicle appearance inside and outside which includes car washes, refueling and vacuuming
    • Identify and report vehicle maintenance issues to manager immediately
    • Complete time in/out record keeping through time management
    • Transport clients and or packages to and from destinations
    • Cover assignments for the CEO or those directed/approved by the CEO during weekends
    • Provide security protection for the CEO and other passengers directed by the CEO as needed
    • Provide security services at the corporate office as needed
    • Prepare letters and memorandums
    • Assist in internal and external investigations related to misconduct, unethical behavior, crimes, etc.
    • Investigate for other units of the bank including but not limited to Human Resources, Fraud and Corporate Security.
    • Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues.
    • To identify, evaluate, monitor and make any recommendation deemed necessary to their respective Risk Management Committee in order to assess, reduce, eliminate or control any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards.
    Functional RequirementsMust be a team player, be able to work under pressure, conduct business in a professional manner and be able to solve problems and conflicts. Must be organized, able to manage time, multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Possess interpersonal and customer service skills. Effective communication skills verbally and in writing are required.Education and Certifications
    High School Diploma or GED equivalentTechnical Requirements
    Valid driver's license
    3-5 years of related experience
    Ability to operate a vehicle safety
    Knowledge of motor vehicle laws
    Ability to map appropriate routes and estimate travel time using GPS of standard maps
    Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to diagnose mechanical problems
    Ability to work nights and weekends
    Proficient using Microsoft Office Products including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
