Job summary
The Direct Care Professional provides direct supervision and personal care assistance to residents at Holbrock Estates Assisted Living Facility.
Duties include receiving meals from The Charmed Table delivering medication administering medications maintaining accurate medication documentation completing all required documentation in iCanotes and Redline reporting incidents health changes and unusual events taking phone messages directing calls receiving visitors as required identifying reporting maintenance safety concerns submitting maintenance issues to White Glove Property Management participating in fire disaster drills and inspections remaining with residents during emergency relocation until properly relieved assisting residents during emergencies remaining alert responsive on site with residents during emergency relocation.
