    Overview:

    As experts in protecting what matters most to individuals, AssuredPartners is looking to bring on our next Property and Casualty Licensesd Account Manager to support our Private Client department and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing, high net worth client base.

    Our Account Manager will educate and consult clients on purchasing appropriate insurance coverage for their homes across the US, luxury vehicles, yachts, fine art collections, jewelry, wine, and other special interests. In this role, you will manage the clients' families' needs as they learn to drive, transition into college and later split off from parents portfolios. You will also assist in the structure of asset protection relating to Trusts, LLCs and other privacy related issues.

    What You'll Do:
    • Learn insurance contracts for the above carriers including Auto, Home, Collections, Watercrafts, Umbrella, Flood & Earthquake coverage.
    • Learn the quoting software systems for each carrier.
    • Complete New Business Questionnaire and collect underwriting data for new potential clients, this includes researching on-ine real estate websites, tax assessors website data, determining flood zones, virtual home inspections via Google Maps/Earth, order driving records, loss history reports, employer/occupation information and overall complete family profile.
    • Generate quotes via carrier websites and complete the AssuredPartners proposal document for the sales team.
    • Update Annual Review summary document for VIP clients. This is an overview of the clients insurance policies in a quick and easy to read format.
    • General duties include Endorsements, Claims, Billing, Certs, Auto ID Cards.
    • High level duties: Educating clients on marketplace trends, keeping up on current events, tracking internal carrier underwriting & rate changes.
    • Time management is crucial and we do a lot of implementation of ongoing training.
    • Critical thinking and problem solving is an everyday task.

    What You'll Need:
    • 5+ years of personal lines experience with exposure to high net worth clients required
    • Property and Casualty License required
    • Residing in the West Region
    • Working knowledge of available personal lines coverages based on business and industry
    • Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
    • Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in use of Agency Management software, or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new
      systems
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation
      software
