- MUST have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supervision in a quality department in a meat manufacturing facility.
- HACCP Certified (USDA Meat and Poultry).
- Experienced in the development, implementation, and maintenance of SQF programs.
- Knowledge of SQF, GFSI, HACCP, GMPs, SSOP, and USDA.
- Test and inspect products, ingredients, and materials used at all stages of production for conformance to company standards.
- Track and coordinate nonconformance issues within and between departments.
- Prepare facility for GFSI and SQF certifications.
- Train and mentor the QC Technicians in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Self-starter, motivated, and self-driven.
- Excellent writing, reporting, and data-gathering abilities.
- Proficient in English, Bilingual Spanish ( but not required).
- HACCP, SQF, and or other GFSI Certification.
- Quality Assurance (Food) 2-3 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/or Associates with QA 2 - 3 experience.

We are looking to hire a Quality Control SupervisorThis is a 1st Shift Position
Job Responsibilities:The Quality Control Supervisor will work with QC Manager to help direct and manage quality assurance and food safety systems. Will also be responsible for implementing quality performance.
