    The Aluminum Welder is responsible for tack weld aluminum enclosures, chassis, heat exchangers in preparation for dip-brazing for the Aerospace and Defense industries.

    Assemble components, prepare fixture, and perform all aspects of dip brazing process.

    Tack welding of precision aluminum components for the dip brazing process.
    Rework of parts as needed.
    Mechanical assembly of components, fixturing and dip brazing of customer components.
    Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools.
    Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening.
    Chemical cleaning of components.
    Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
    Previous manufacturing and welding experience.
    Thin wall aluminum welding.
    Inspection equipment usage and understanding of tolerances.
    Fine mechanical assembly and attention to detail.
    Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) is a plus.
