    Summary

    The Senior Analyst, Strategy Execution will play a key role in supporting the strategic growth and operational excellence at TravelCenters of America (TA).

    This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities for operational improvement, conduct financial analysis, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.


    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of internal processes, business performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.

    • Operational Efficiencies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, workflows, and systems. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization, and develop strategies to enhance operational performance and productivity.

    • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to track and evaluate the success of strategic initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis to monitor progress and drive accountability across the organization.

    • Change Management: Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change and facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives. Develop communication plans, training materials, and support mechanisms to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.

    • Communication: Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and strategic plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Communicate complex concepts and strategic insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development/strategy, investment banking, or related field preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development required.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI preferred; experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
