    Description

    Uprite Construction is a leading construction firm in California, dedicated to crafting structures that embody excellence and innovation. As we pave the path of modern construction, we are on the lookout for a skilled Project Engineer who can translate architectural dreams into concrete realities.

    What You'll Do:

    • Assist the Project Manager in preliminary planning, ensuring all aspects of the project align with the company's objectives.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including blueprints, designs, and change orders.
    • Work closely with the on-site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
    • Engage in quality assurance and quality control, ensuring the construction process adheres to the company and regulatory standards.
    • Regularly visit project sites to oversee progress, ensuring adherence to timeframes and quality standards.
    • Ensure materials and resources are available and ordered timely to avoid project delays.
    • Stay updated on California construction regulations, ensuring all projects comply with state standards and guidelines.
    • Work with teams post-project to analyze what went well and areas of improvement for future projects.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector.
    • Knowledge of construction software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex projects and timelines.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of California construction regulations and standards.
    • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of project execution.

    What We'll Provide:

    • The annual rate for this role is $75,000-$90,000 based on the experience you bring.
    • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelines.

    • Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year.
    • 10 Paid Holidays per year.
