    We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for Inprotech, the firm's IPPMS (Intellectual Property Management Systems), to join our Intellectual Property and Technology team. This role will involve collaborating closely with the IP&T Practice's IPPMS Manager and will encompass various responsibilities such as assessing the IP Group's docketing needs, supporting in the planning, development, and maintenance of Inprotech's tools and functionalities, coordinating data import/export, assisting in law updates, and training new Inprotech users.

    Requirements include:

    • Minimum of 3 years of IP support experience in a legal setting.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Inprotech.
    • Thorough understanding of patent, design, trademark procedures, and post-grant matters.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Focus on client service and responsiveness.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Interpersonal skills to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
    • Collaborative mindset to work with different departments and clients.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in client, attorney, and staff interactions.
    • Self-motivated to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with team members.
