- Create and manage programs for employee retention, career development, recognition, and engagement.
- Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our employee onboarding programs, conduct onboarding for new employees.
- Oversee the management of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate high-caliber employees.
- Work with vendors to ensure proper administration of company benefits, assessing whether the benefits are competitive and cost-effective.
- Manage open enrollment and communicate benefits options to employees.
- Answer any employee benefit questions.
- Establish and manage a performance management system that includes goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and development plans.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Manage and update employee bonus files based on performance.
- Serve as the point of contact for addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Create a communication strategy to inform employees of company events, milestones, business updates, etc.
- Work with department heads to ensure training programs are in place for new employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect legal requirements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.

As the Human Resources Manager at 101, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's HR strategies.
