- Provide product implementation consulting services to customers, offering recommendations and executing deliveries
- Develop specifications to define system controls and performance criteria
- Configure products per specifications, including building interfaces and workflows
- Lead project handover meetings and provide support during client testing cycles
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Management to identify new opportunities
- Participate in pre-sales activities and provide training internally and externally
- Support the investigation and resolution of issues raised through support
- Offer input into product enhancements and strategic developments
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Proven track record in software implementation within financial environments
- Strong understanding of Asset Management business and relational databases
- Prior experience in Markit EDM is desirable

S&P Global provides competitive base salaries, anticipated in the range of $60,341.00 to $108,000.00, with the final amount based on various factors. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and other benefits.
