    Job Description

    We are seeking a Technical Business Development Director (BDD) to drive business growth for our innovative products and solutions.

    The BDD will be involved with creating value through strategic relationships and opportunities. The BDD will work with our Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud and Security Practices to bridge sales and delivery teams, ensuring our offerings are accurately represented in the market. You will collaborate with sellers within Magenium and AVISystems (Parent Company) to facilitate growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities for the Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud Services Practices: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets. Work with Marketing on Campaigns.
    • Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
    • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Work with Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud & Security Practice Leads to create and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Manage Partnerships and Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry leaders, including AVI and Microsoft.
    • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, recruiting, and practices.
    • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: Several years in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role with a strong background in Microsoft Modern Work and Security. Experience in a Consulting Firm or Microsoft Partner is a huge plus.
    • Technical Skills: Understanding of Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Teams, Office 365, and other Microsoft platforms. Extensive experience with Microsoft Modern Work and Infrastructure Cloud Services.
    • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, relationship-building, and business acumen.
    • Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
