Job summary
The National Bankruptcy Processor is responsible for protecting the client's interest by reviewing loans for possible legal action and taking all necessary actions to protect client's interest without individual requests from the client.Responsibilities
- Prepare referrals for Motions for Relief and assist firm with any figures and documents required to proceed with the necessary legal action.
- Review delinquent accounts and case disposition to determine appropriate action to take.
- Maintain accurate records of loan reviews and compliance with stipulations.
