Description

Great company in Wadsworth looking for a candidate to fill their Production/Press Machine Operator position. You must be able to train on 1st shift 8:00am-4:00pm. Once trained, you will move to 2nd shift 3:00pm -11:00pm. Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

*Duties:

• Operate machines
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

*Requirements*:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers a plus
• Familiarity with materials handling and warehouse operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tow Motor experience
